The Sound Moves Mobiles are purpose built audio production units designed to the highest specifications to meet the demands of the sound and broadcast industry.
Unlike other facilities, Sound Moves’ primary function is Audio for Broadcast. Fully air-conditioned custom built trucks and a trailers and flight cased systems. The Mobiles are equipped with the latest digital mixing consoles from leading digital desk manufactures, coupled with a great selection of warm Analogue equipment to produce a true, accurate and great sounding product. All major routing from venue to truck uses the latest, most reliable, Redundant Fibre Optic Cables and expanded beam connections.
Sound Moves has experience of live broadcast and recording for radio, terrestrial and satellite television, Web Broadcasting, business conferencing and communications. Expertise covers all areas including sport, classical and popular music, theatre and light entertainment.
Steve Williams is the Technical Manager of Sound Moves and the designer of the hardware solutions. He has worked in nearly every area of the industry from building mixing consoles for Neve and recording trucks for Fleetwood, from sound design in West End theatre to mixing television sound for ABC, BBC, NBC, ITV, Sky and many other major programme makers.
Sound Moves has an experienced and dedicated team on hand for every requirement. Recent projects include the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2012 Olympics Games in London. Designing and providing the hardware and crewing for many Reality Television shows, both in the UK and US.
Steve Williams is actively involved in mixing live music, sports, and many other types of shows.
